2023 | Runoffs at VIR
Spin & Win! After trying and coming up close for two years, Chip found his way to victory lane with his trusty Audi A4 at ViR. Chip pushed a little too far on cold tires into turn 3 on lap 1. The A4 slid off track, making contact with the tire wall after a few rotations. Chip dropped it into gear and proceeded to go on a charge from last to first, making the race-winning pass on the last lap. A memorable race he and his crew will remember forever!
2022 | Runoffs at VIR
After mechanical issues on his Stasis Audi qualified in 7th Chip jumped into a Subaru WRX STI on raceday and started last in 23rd. After only 2 laps someone oiled down the whole track and the race was red flagged. After a period of time SCCA decided to checker the race after only 3 laps of racing. Chip went from 23rd to 2nd during that time but had to settle for the silver medal for the second year in a row.
